PROCEDURE TO REQUEST THE EXERCISE YOUR ARCO RIGHTS

 

1. The owner or legal representative of the personal data must contact the MAXIMA Data Protection Department at maximatiendaenlinea@gmail.com at the times previously established in this privacy notice.

2. To the email address mentioned above, you must send your request. This must have the following legend as its title: "REQUEST FOR THE EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS OVER PERSONAL DATA".

3. In the body of the application you must include the following information:

RESPONSE TO YOUR REQUEST TO EXERCISE YOUR ARCO RIGHTS

 

The MAXIMA Data Protection Department will inform the owner or legal representative of the owner within a period not exceeding fifteen days of the response to their request, counted from the date the request was received. This period may only be extended once for an equal period, as long as the situation justifies it.

In accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data, MAXIMA will notify the owner or legal representative of the meaning and reason for the resolution.

In the event that the request is appropriate, within a period of no more than fifteen business days, counted from the notification to the owner, MAXIMA will make the modifications or limitations to the personal data of the owner of the personal data.

​The owner may submit a data protection request to the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI) for the response received or lack of response from MAXIMA. The previous request must be submitted by the owner within 15 business days following the date on which the response to the owner of the personal data is communicated by MAXIMA, and will be subject to the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
